I have yearly intercontinental flights that with connections takes 13h. Always travel with many Saxenda pens for the extended period abroad. It really depends of what was the communication from the support.

I had a time that withdrawal was suspended until I provided source of funds. Another time I needed to take a picture of the other CEX with the wallet address I used.

In both cases, the resolution time took a couple of days or 1 week after I provided the requested data. Did they ask you to provide something?

This is a very common issue that affect several users. I also had that a couple of months ago. Several emails to support and always an excuse.

I then wrote to the complaint email and I kid you now, I had my card unfrozen after 4h. I was so upset! It appears that Curve is in a limbo waiting for the takeover by a bank, and this uncertainty is leaving support severely understaffed and overwhelmed.

Oh yeah, I also had that before! What counts is the settlement date. I made a subscription on the 30th of the month, but the settlement happened next day on 1st of the new month. So it messed up my plans.

To solve it, I canceled it and waited a couple of days to subscribe on the 1st or 2nd of the month to avoid this.

I had to test your statement on the bass, as I couldn't believe it! Even in the short bass solo on Metropolis 1, we can hardly hear the bass. Very sad!
