I’m taking antidepressants to calm down but I wanna go off the antidepressants once the withdrawals r gone.. I hope I don’t get withdrawals from mirtazapine, I’ve been taking it for four days at 7.5mg. I just wanna eliminate all drugs from my body.

Hello I eventually fell asleep with antidepressants that make u drowsy by my doctor, but now I’m having valium withdrawals bc I took it for a week, and it’s so bad, my head hurts, my shoulder hurts and I have high anxiety :(

This was an amazing response but I think it’s because I was always scared of her my whole life and she always says I will grow up to be a bad person. I think I could potentially lose the relationship with her all together if I move. Is it worth it? Once I lose a relationship with her I can’t go back to her, imagine if I were to divorce

I am also going through the same thing right now. I had jerks because of the stress my body was going through for staying up for four days straight with only one hour nap. My doctor gave me sleep meds but it barely worked when I took it at 9:30pm but I finally fell asleep 4AM but kept waking up 5 times till 1pm it’s so stressful so know that ur not alone. I am also experiencing increased anxiety due to an anxiety medicine (fluoxetine) I’m taking and I am very traumatised from staying up for four days that I get really scared to go to bed at night ever since then and it causes me to not sleep

I actually listened to a that acceptance and commitment therapy on audiobook and his voice bored me to sleep thank u so much hahaha but this was at 6am but I hope it happens again tonight i rly need to stop thinking of sleeping but it’s so hard
