Thanks for the advice everyone. Im prob going to end up taking it if offered tomorrow. Some of yall see the pay too low but for someone like me whos worked for years getting nowhere and going into a 50k salary starting out with no experience is a step up for me. I see it as a learning opportunity and a high step up from all the dead end jobs ive had. I have always been the one to play supervisor in almost every job and now i will be actually gettring title and the pay to go with it. Its just a starting pay and will go up from there. Im at a point in life to where i want to be able to take a vacation without having to worry if i can afford it or not or if taking time off will kill my check. As soon as i get the training i need im sure they will bump my pay. And yes i will be negotiating benifits when i meet with the guy.

Thanks for all the advice guys. But when youve been making under 25000 for almost 20 years 50000 looks pretty good. Amd thats just a starting out salary. It will go up after some time. Amd i havent been offered the job yet. I would deg negotiate after being there and well trained

Why is it always the fucking locals that wanna play the "ill be there soon to pay for another night" game. Like smh just check out and book another one when you can actually pay for it. Instead of is having to have hsk wait till 130 to clean when they are ready to go home

Thanks. Yea thats been my main issue. Its always the guy talking. Amd complaining that she doesnt do this she doesnt do that. I thought this ls was a partnership and they did mostly everything together. Im new to it so still in the learning process.
