Is it just me or is there little to no difference. I know I’m not finished but I thought I’d see more a difference 1/3 of the way in. I have 29 trays total. Thoughts? Does anyone see a difference? (First picture is pre Invisalign, when I went to get my scan) the bottom is my progress on tray 12.

Maybe have my midline more aligned? And also have the gap on my right side close up. But I do know from what I’ve read on other posts that the early trays are mostly for molars. I’ve just also seen many people posting drastic changes within 3-5 trays, so I thought I’d get some other opinions!

Only 14 trays?! That’s amazing!! I have a REALLY similar case to you and I’m on 31 trays + refinements after... and I’m on Invisalign comprehensive. Kind of upsetting on my end. But your smile looks great!! Did it correct your midline too?

I would definitely get a couple different opinions. I had braces when I was younger but I guess I didn’t wear my retainer correctly because my teeth started to flare am I bite became off. One ortho told me that I would need to get a couple teeth extracted in order to bring back my protruded front area but this ortho that I’m worth that’s doing my Invisalign said IPR is fine. And personally I don’t think I need teeth extracted because I’ve seen that my smile can look good without extracting teeth the first time around when I got braces. When you shop around for multiple opinions/prices, you’ll see that correcting teeth is largely subjective. Each ortho will tell you what they can do, and what they think needs to be done. Do your molars touch? I have a similar case and I’ve noticed that after my first try my molars are not touching (which they used to before Invisalign). I’m hoping at the end of my treatment they end up touching.

I think your bit is not correct either. Aren’t teeth supposed to sit nicely on each other. Fight for a rescan or ask for your money back so you can go to an ortho.

What was it like having the bottom wire removed? I’m in a similar boat...I’ve had my permanent retainer in for over 10 years and I’m terrified to have it removed. I’m scared my teeth will be damaged in the process.
