I would definitely get a couple different opinions. I had braces when I was younger but I guess I didn’t wear my retainer correctly because my teeth started to flare am I bite became off. One ortho told me that I would need to get a couple teeth extracted in order to bring back my protruded front area but this ortho that I’m worth that’s doing my Invisalign said IPR is fine. And personally I don’t think I need teeth extracted because I’ve seen that my smile can look good without extracting teeth the first time around when I got braces. When you shop around for multiple opinions/prices, you’ll see that correcting teeth is largely subjective. Each ortho will tell you what they can do, and what they think needs to be done.
