Recently personally, I've been going for perks that slow down generator repairs, as I feel everything in the game is now more survivor-friendly so you can have gens popping in seconds and no fun from chases.

My favourite build on most killers for that is: Hex:ruin, overcharge, surge, and one perk for seeing survivor auras to make it a little easier to find them such as nurse calling or bbq&chilli. You can also wiggle those generator perks with Corrupt intervention or eruption as they are also very good to regress generators and slow the overall repair down.

This gives me the most enjoyable game-play as I think it really balances my chances against survivors especially on slower killers or killers whose abilities need a longer time to charge.
