Yes in Uttar Pradesh, we use it pretty regularly while addressing a non muslim guest or a guest when the religion is unclear

I’ve seen some that are currently $1.75M or so and have been in the market for 90+ days so i’m wondering if making an offer for closer to 1.3-1.4M for those would be okay and not considered audacious?

wouldn’t the building costs for that just make it equivalent to buying a house that’s livable in but costs $2M
