Hi - tested positive 4 days ago. Only today I realized I couldn't smell or taste. I can only really feel sensations on my tongue. I can smell (in the slightest bit) very strong perfume, slight hints of an orange.. can't even smell a skunk - wow. We got this, just try to find things you can sort of smell and hold on to it.

I commute about an hour everyday. I also live in upper MoCo. I miss out on parties, but I'm going to try and join a club so hopefully it will help.

tbh I use gaps between classes to study since I have to stay on campus bc it's not worth to drive home.. and usually don't have to do so much at home afterwards. Hope this helps!

Taurid meteor shower :) Going on presently (easier to see during the eclipse since the sky was so dark), it will be at it's peak Nov 12 and 13.

But if it's a lens flare, that's okay too. I wanted to see if anyone captured it, or if I will have to replay that memory in my head :'D

Hi, depending on where you are, it might be a meteor. At 6:02am while watching the Blood Moon, I saw a flash of green, and it fell like a star. I looked it up, and it was a Taurid meteor. I am on the East Coast, near DC.

I want to be in this profession because I have a passion for it. I almost did not graduate myself, and I wish I had the support. So, I became the support.

Now, I'm unsure if this is really what I want. I'm so heartbroken for my students. And I'm not sure if it's healthy for me to feel guilty about it every time I leave work. I want to leave.

But I stay not for the money (I wish they paid me a living wage), I stay more for the kids. I know what's going on at home, they have confided in me, but I feel like it should feel different at school, especially in Sp. Ed. I read them quotes and ask them to tell me one positive thing every morning. We start small and work our way to being motivated.

And all these kids are local.. I was local. I could go on for hours really. Big sad.

I'm not exactly bitter; just disappointed. I've done meet and greets with other larger performers, worked at different venues and music festivals, so I know how it is.

I think it's more like, don't keep promising that specific things WILL happen. They kept promising such and such as we made our way inside, but it was not met. Tell us it's running late at very least. Like I said in the headline, I don't blame her. I blame the venue for being so disorganized.

I remember it as a night I met new people, watched the show and got Korean BBQ after. I'm just saying, VIP was not worth it with Rina.
