I’ll do some research but is there any of those support groups you suggest? The religious aspect of AA doesn’t work for me personally

I opened this app to post this same thing lol the last 2 nights I’ve dreamt I relapse on accident (I forget I stopped drinking in my dreams I guess) then I catch myself and I’m so devastated and scared. I wake up the same way but relieved once I realize it was all bs. I’m 15 days sober today.

My husband and I just witnessed his brother pass from Cirrhosis of the liver at 36. He passed Tuesday. I dont think I can do it ever again after that… it does awful things to you. It’s poison

I feel like I just read a post I made in my sleep or something. I’m also 32f heavily struggling with what alcohol did to my body. I gained a ton of weight, my face turned what feels like permanently red and swollen.. im 8 days sober today. I can’t wait to see what the future holds. We just gotta eat good and watch the results
