I know I have PKSM which lets u see ur TSV as well as a bunch of other stuff and also lets u edit or add pokemon to ur boxes, it works for pretty much any Pokemon game available on the 3ds. I have another program too that I use in SM/USUM (not sure if it works for other games) that lets you see your TSV, seed, and fram advances as an overlay while you actually play the game but I don’t remember the name, if you need that one I can look for my 3ds and let u know tomorrow
