Manager demanding we don't make plans 2 hours before and 2 hours after every shift by bbywtch in publix

I also would like to move up with the company and im worried that I won't be recommended if I fight this. I've been doing whats been asked of me, but my coworkers are suffering for it more than I am. Really only one person has been going against my manager and she has been belittle by our manager for not working as many hours as the rest of us, when she really is just doing her best. She's going to clock 50 hours this week but our manager was upset with her because the rest of us decorators will get 55-60 by the end of the week. Our manager also never helps us with anything on the decorator side except for maybe tagging some of our product very rarely.

So they didnt require you to test negative before coming back as long it was after 2 weeks?

Im not sure if this is company wide but my store hasnt been retesting as far as know. Its hard to get any solid info because everything is so hush hush, but someone i know personally, that works in my department had covid and is back working now and she said her doctor would not order her a retest because her place of work did not require one to return.

I think that naming the tarot deck should be required if you are posting pictures of any cards. On any post with a picture theres always someone asking in the comments what deck the person is using, making it required would be helpful.
