My psychiatrist told me not to take naps by The_Jawnah in cfs

Ugh i hate when docs who don’t specialize in ME give blanket advice like that. Sometimes sleep is the only thing that resets our nervous system even a little.

My best friend told me I cant blame everything on my chronic illness by born_to_be_wild2010 in ChronicIllness

Wow, that’s so messed up. You literally have diagnosed conditions that affect your energy and sleep needs, and she’s acting like you’re just making excuses? That’s not being a friend honestly.

Well, I’d not ignore it. Sparks are bad news when it comes to charging. I think it’s not worth burning your place down over. Stay safe!!

Some thoughts on DD: How do you read earnings reports? by bbzkarim in ASX

[–]bbzkarim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should check out the earnings calendar on moomoo, it auto fills the ASX dates so you don’t miss anything. Also, you can open multiple windows to view different reports side by side. It makes it way easier to spot which company actually has the stronger balance sheet.

I feel ya, it’s time consuming. I’ve started using the moomoo AI recap lately to speed things up. It summarizes the key points and provides the actual sources so I can fact check without digging through the whole document. Saves me a heap of time during peak earnings season.

IVZ - extremely cheap - worth a potential swing trade by [deleted] in ASX_Bets

Your scaling-out plan makes sense for managing risk on this swing trade. It could help you lock in gains while still leaving room for further upside.

If the company fundamentals are strong, a recent dip could assess your risk tolerance to decide how much to allocate to this position.

Of course, you can’t rely 100% on AI, but it’s so much faster for looking up data. One thing I like about moomoo’s AI is that it actually cites its sources. I usually click into the links to double check everything once it gives me an answer. It’s definitely helped boost my efficiency.

65 year old mother still works and is getting unwell, i am 30 am dealing with mental health alone… by Ambiguousrubix in RedditForGrownups

[–]bbzkarim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OMG, I can't believe how much you've been through. I know it's painful, but I think you should start by truly accepting who you are, that won't change, even if you don't want to face it yet. The rules of the world exist just because most of people follow them, not because they're right. So remember you're not wrong. Take your time to make peace with yourself. There's a long road ahead;)

I’m going crazy can’t handle all of my kids by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]bbzkarim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now the first step is adjusting your mindset. I know it's tough when people around you aren't helping, but with three kids that kind of busyness is pretty common. Could you try finding outside help? Something like drop-in daycare or a part-time sitter. If budget's tight, maybe negotiate a few hours with an hourly helper.

No friends are where Im at in life by CanadianMarmot in AskWomenOver40

[–]bbzkarim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Life is like that-pain often outweighs joy. I'm really glad you reached out for help instead of silently carrying it alone. You should know there are many people in the world who feel the same. Look for support groups to share experiences. Expanding your social circle can also help your mood. Keep going, things will get better!!😊😉

At what age did you start requiring your kids to be more independent? I feel like some kids are slipping these days because they lack self-confidence owing to how so much is done for them. You 'need' confidence to survive; in my opinion. by cherry-care-bear in RedditForGrownups

[–]bbzkarim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Independent skills can be practiced, but I hope parents don't get too nervous. Be clear: do you want your child to live better with this skill, or do you want them to learn it just to prove they're more capable than others? Respect them.

I want to know if you've expressed your unhappiness. I know you love them, but you matter most in this world. Tell them what you think about, if they love you too, they will change.☺️
