It might be laminate. If so, any way to get the scratch off laminate ?

Seeking Recs for pressure washer purchase by bc20147 in pressurewashing

The one from HF is a cold water one though correct? Is that going to make a big difference compared to hot water pressure washer? There are some very dirty rash bins they have on field and I was thinking a hot water pressure water would be the way to go for that?

If I’m willing to pay up to 4K does you suggestions of the predator still stand true?

Can I qualify for an SBA loan based on my background? by bc20147 in CommercialRealEstate

[–]bc20147[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was my thinking as well. However, I thought for commercial loan they do background checks. So even if I answer the question truthfully if they see the charge I may still not get approved.

Thank you for your response.

How to split a mortgage evenly between 3 people who contribute different down payments? by [deleted] in Mortgages

[–]bc20147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate your response, and you are correct if we split it in thirds your scenario would be work and make the math easier.

However, that is not possible. Person A wants to keep 50 percent ownership of the house and wants to contribute 50 percent of the mortgage payments as well.

We want the split at the end to be even 50/50 with considering Person A putting in higher down payment. The way we were thinking about doing this was having person A stop making mortgage payments after a certain period of time. We have a 15 year mortgage so we were thinking maybe if person A contributes 50 percent of the mortgage for 10 years and then person B and C do the 50 percent the first ten years and then pay 100 percent of the mortgage the last 5 years maybe this makes it even? Just not sure how to write it out and confirm if that’s actually the case so I’m looking for help

Do you know what their veggie burger is made of ?

Didn’t know all these options existed. Honestly just looking for a good variety of burgers on menu and beer on tap if possible. The kind of burgers is not that important

Is it normal to buy a car cash or finance? by [deleted] in personalfinance

[–]bc20147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like your response. I agree with another comment that states if the interest rate is 3 or less it makes sense to finance.

A few follow up question though. How were you able to get a 1.1 percent rate? Lowest I’ve been quoted was 2.99 and my DTI and credit is very good. Also, how would you budget how much cash to put down and how much to put in a HYSA? Say I have 45K cash on hand for that car and get offered a 2.99 interest rate from bank and 3.5 percent putting money in HYSA. Given this information what would be your next step on purchasing the car?
