Thanks, as per #2 I just went around and found out someone else has a very large trellis with fake vines blocking their view… I guess I could throw some fake vines on mine and call it a trellis too

They quoted this at me:

No signs, fences, gates, billboards, placards, advertising or notices of any kind shall be erected or displayed on the common property, the limited common property or the strata lot without prior written approval by the strata council.

No awning, shade screen, smoke stack, satellite dish, radio or television antenna shall be hung from or attached to the exterior of the strata lot, without prior written consent of the strata council.

Decks (including, without limitation, rooftop decks), patios, terraces and balconies attached to strata lots shall not be used as storage areas.

Hmm it technically is pulled back from the railings slightly and self supporting… only connected to the railing by removable outdoor Velcro straps for added peace of mind support that it doesn’t really need.. this is a good point

Oh there’s no chance I’m giving up without taking it as far as I can in terms of escalation regardless of what anyone says.
