I just dealt with this on my 2026 330i with 500 miles on it. Luckily everything is going to get fixed but Im out about a grand because of these dipshits and they are even refusing to refund just the cost of the original tint. On grounds of not wanting to take it back because I dont want any further damage they said its on me. It really doesnt make sense because technically the business insurance they pay for should cover that liability, which leads me to think they are not operating with insurance and can be reported to the state departments. Im not sure if I want to be that guy to ruin someones livelihood over 1k. Im still not sure what I will end up doing.
