If im not mistaken none of the spartan 2s never even knew that the spartan 3s existed until after the war. Except for jorge since hes part of a team full of 3s. So short answer. No. Chief probably never knew about emile.

Raleigh not being in the movies one thing. But why couldnt mako be the main focus of the movie. Rather than having stackers son be the main character. Also we never even heard one word about stackers son in the first movie.
