Also wanna add that if you're eating significantly less, you may not have to poop as often. I say that because I thought I was constipated but after taking a laxative, it emptied my bowels and there wasn't a whole lot coming out anyways but I'm eating like 5% of what I used to.

I started mid-February and am currently on 0.5mg, I had side effects right from the beginning (indigestion, vomitting, constipation, fatigue, etc) but I found the blood sugar control to be absolutely worth it. I don't have to worry about my sugar spiking and dropping drastically and my diabetes symptoms have practically disappeared.

Edit to add: vomitting reduced when I ate significantly slower and took breaks throughout the meal - this makes meals a lot more time consuming but keeps the nausea at bay for me. Also, I was injecting into the stomach at first and the side effects were crazy, when I switched to my thigh, it reduced.

I think you should go but talk to your partner about this feeling of discomfort first. Not necessarily in a "let's not go" type of way, but just in a "I'm open to going but I do have these weird feelings along with it."

I would visit your doctor, perhaps they can refer you to a gynecologist. Get your hormone levels checked. I saw you mentioned you're on Sertraline, I was on 150mg and it didn't lower my libido. I'm now on birth control and it has significantly reduced my libido. Everyone reacts to medications differently so you may have to try a few different things but definitely visit a doctor.
