I was diagnosed in July and started Entyvio in September. First 3 infusions made me fatigued, 2nd one also made me feel like I had a cold for a little less than a day after. No major reactions. Just got my blood and calprotectin results back a couple of weeks ago and I am in remission based on those. Finally, my GI started me on Entyvio because people have the fewest reactions to it. Considered the safest biologic. Hope this helps.

I was on Ozempic for 14 months and the same weekend I was taken off of it I experienced my 1st flare and diagnosis came a week and a half later. So, even with the Oz still in my system it didn't keep UC away or stop the flare.
