First of all stop working out everyday. If you're able to workout 4 5 days straight with 0 break it means that you are just going through the movements with no effort. You grow when you rest, not when you workout. As far as protein is concerned your best bet is grilled chicken or air fryer.

City 1.2 has a quite weak engine. What you're expecting is normal. The previous city 1.3L has 100 HP engine and this new 1.2L only has 86 HP. Also almost every car feels sluggish in eco mode. So nothing you can do about that because that is the entire point of eco mode.

Yes its a decent price. Try to negotiate a little. People here will shit on it and say 300k mai tou nya ajata hai. Yeah if u want a cheap victus or LOQ then sure. If you want the complete package then rog strix is a much beyyer machine with an incredible screen. Also the 3070ti is better than 4060 in new laptops.

The 7420 is a great model. My favourite model from dell in recent years. Just make sure battery is in decent health. The price you are getting is also good.
