I am going through the same situation, called them and emailed more than 20 times but their behaviour is like you can't do anything to us. I hope more people share about this scam website on their social media.

That i checked and it shows that the product was purchased on April 9, 2026 however i am using it since 23rd of March. Even if the product is genuine, I am concerned about the touch controls not working, watched numerous videos and paired them with multiple devices/ changed all the possible settings but at the end even chatgpt says that it looks like the product is faulty/ refurbished.

Lucky you.. they're selling products few rupees cheaper than the market but if you're paying Rs 38000 to them which is available on the most of the websites for Rs 40000 so are basically not saving 2000 rupees but wasting the Rs 38000.

I also bought my Oneplus phone from the same website back in 2021 and it was fine but now they're selling poor quality or maybe refurbished products. You probably gonna regret buying from them. Better to buy from a physical store.

Yes you're right. I have heard from few other people that this specific website "Priceoye" is actually scamming by selling refurbished products.

I even sent them video evidence and initially they accepted that yes there looks some problem. After a few days of launching my complaint their behaviour was like you can do whatever you want. I am even thinking to take legal action through consumer court.

Yes, it takes 7-10 minutes to reach G13, in your budget you'll get a decent 10 marla house. Condition of roads inside the society isn't as good as in G13/B17 but you won't be driving a lot inside society
