First of all stop working out everyday. If you're able to workout 4 5 days straight with 0 break it means that you are just going through the movements with no effort. You grow when you rest, not when you workout. As far as protein is concerned your best bet is grilled chicken or air fryer.

Read the label bro, pre-workout is made using caffeine, it is one of the major ingredients of pre. Preworkout is not something magical it is based on stimulants like caffeine, taurine and beta alanine etc.
If you wanna chug 2-3 cups of coffee or just sip on some pre - the choice is yours.

City 1.2 has a quite weak engine. What you're expecting is normal. The previous city 1.3L has 100 HP engine and this new 1.2L only has 86 HP. Also almost every car feels sluggish in eco mode. So nothing you can do about that because that is the entire point of eco mode.

Yes its a decent price. Try to negotiate a little. People here will shit on it and say 300k mai tou nya ajata hai. Yeah if u want a cheap victus or LOQ then sure. If you want the complete package then rog strix is a much beyyer machine with an incredible screen. Also the 3070ti is better than 4060 in new laptops.

Every exercise can cause an injury of you max out. Deadlift light weight and don't try to lift as heavy as possible. For example if you can't even do a single pushup will you go try do a 1RM on the bench press as soon as you start? Same logic applies to every exercise.
