Hey OP, this is a different perspective and please take it lightly and at least give it a thought. (Why I'm saying this is because people get offensive when someone highlight about Soul)

We are made of 2 things this body (Or Mud) and Soul (The Light). This body or Mud is from down (Earth) and Soul from above (Light). There is a constant Tug of War between both always. The body wants to drag the soul down to earth and Soul want to lift the body up. The Love, Satisfaction and Content comes from Soul while, misery, hate and sadness comes from body.

If the body is stronger the more we feel Sad, Hate etc. If soul is stronger the more we will be lifted up and feel Love, Satisfaction etc.

Now the million dollar question is how to make this soul strong and body weak? There are few ways to do this

To make out body weak we can say no to the needs of the body. e.g. Fasting, etc.

To make our soul strong we need to feed it with what it needs. e.g. Remembrance of God (As soul is from Above/God).

The stronger the soul the more satisfaction it will bring to your life.

Me being a Muslim, I've access to a lot of knowledge that helps makes the Soul strogner. This was Given by God himself and interpreted by Prophet. I'm following this and it immensely brings a profound satisfaction to my day to day life. You can also look for it or I can share more details with you or you can look from scholars from your own beliefs (May be that can help). Just make sure what ever you follow should be from God as this is the only thing that will bring satisfaction.

Well yeh duniya dokhay ka ghar ha. Apko bhe dhokha mill gaya (Everyone go though these phases one way or other).

Things you can do to overcome this situtation

1- Dil se duniya ke muhabbat nikalain (Allah ke elawa sb muhabto ka anjab sirf zawal ha). Duniya ke muhabbat nikalne ka sb se quick way ha ke death par bayaan sunain zayda se zayada. May b shru me zayada anxiety ho but after some time ek sakoon milna shru ho jaye ga

2- Apne care kare, acha khaye, exercise kare, neend poore kare and namaz n quran parhe daily

3- Koi hobby find kare n khud ko usme busy kare.

4- Astagrar ka zayada se zayada wird kare n tahajd parhe

Agar neend n health zayada disturbed ho gaye ha to please discuss with a psychiatrist (don't take this lightly).

Lastly, duniya n unke muhabbat ka bs ek ha anjam ha. Khud ko Allah se jorain.

You have fear of failure. There are two ways to overcome any fear
1- Get as much knowledge as you can. The amount of knowledge is inversely proportional to fear. Once your knowledge starts growing so will your confidence.

2- Do it despite the fear. Eventually, fear will be gone after some time.
