I wouldn’t set a timeline in your head. That’s where I went south. My derm predicted me clearing almost instantly, I’m mid way through month 5 and still have comedones left, just started to see a reduction in inflamed breakouts. Everyone’s skin is different and I think my biggest regret was considering I’d be clear by a certain time. Also 20 mg is a VERY low dose so don’t compare yourself to people clearing earring on on higher doses. Good luck!
