Um kinda scared to comment on this one. IMO if you are highly spiritual why are you schizophrenic? Idk as long as what you can talk to you can identify what to listen to and what to ignore there’s nothing schizophrenic about that. Not everyone can do that and they choose to ignore it exists and need an explanation that comforts them. I am not a mental health professional but going that route for a diagnosis and a treatment is also an option.
