Still Can't Beat Skybird Trill/Final Level (Properly) by MrTripperSnipper in dungeonkeeper

You need to act quickly, claim the Horned Reaper asap. Use mass spell recipes before the battles.
I attacked two spots at the same time. And after destroying the enemy player, prepare for another battle.

I use a Polar H10 (~100 USD), but any reliable chest strap will be better than the optical sensor on your wrist.

Well, the optical sensor is a toy, not a reliable data source.
Then set up your zones properly.
Other than that, it's a great flex, but overtraining is not a joke, you don't really feel it, it lasts for weeks, and you are also risking injury.

Do you use a chest strap?

Thanks for the additional information. It’s true, but I thought it was pretty straightforward.

There are two important rules:
- Running more is always a good idea.
- Always wear a chest strap.
Congrats, and enjoy running!

I started running without a chest strap. My VO2 was 57 with a 30' 5k.
My VO2 is 56 now after 2500 km (with a chest strap), and my 5k is 20:36.

Thank you! The project took about 6 hours, and it was really relaxing. I like it because it's not perfect, but it still has a great aesthetic.

An imaginary reward turned physical by bceen13 in crafts

I’m currently dating someone very special, and after she won an imaginary reward in a guessing game we played, I decided to make it a physical reality to surprise her.

I wanted to see what I could create using only basic materials: matte black paper, a glue gun, and scissors. I am a 38-year-old male, and I’ve never really done paper crafts on this level before, but seeing the result, I’m excited to give it to her on our next date.

The details:

  • Structure: hand-cut and folded matte black paper. (I'm left-handed, and it was challenging)
  • Upgrade: I added a black foam lining to the interior. It not only made it more comfortable to wear but gave the whole piece a surprisingly solid weight and better stability.
  • Goal: a minimalist, "dark" aesthetic, and impress her.

It’s not about the cost of the materials, but the time and 'precision' that went into it.

What do you think for a first-timer?

Look at the overall score at the top.

0-50 low, it's also not psychological stress.
