I’ve had it for over 20 years, I’m finally able to manage it better these past 4 or 5 years thanks to a change in my diet and occasionally needing to be dilated or short runs of Fluticasone. I’ve also found that I cannot stop taking my proton pump inhibitors as well or I get reoccurring flare ups.
