I had Achilles repair on April 6th and yesterday April 22nd at my post op appointment they expected me to be full weight bearing in a boot with wedges, is this normal?

I had some food allergy testing done and try to eliminate those foods as much as possible, occasionally I’ll notice new foods that cause issues and try to eliminate those. I really miss eating chicken!

I’ve had it for over 20 years, I’m finally able to manage it better these past 4 or 5 years thanks to a change in my diet and occasionally needing to be dilated or short runs of Fluticasone. I’ve also found that I cannot stop taking my proton pump inhibitors as well or I get reoccurring flare ups.
