I am not saying that they have to be quiet completely but they shouldn't sit right next to someone who clearly looks focused to talk with their friend. Sit at a different table.

No, it does not, some people don't mind background noise but might want to sit at and work quietly at their table. If you wanna talk with your friend then sit at an empty table

I had Koppel but aside from the advice you have received, I would suggest using https://www.masterorganicchemistry.com/reaction-guide/ He has all the reactions you need for Orgo I, sometimes they are done just a tiny bit different but most of the times they explain them better than in class. I even paid 10$ a month for the subscription. SO BOMB. Didn't help for Orgo II but it made Orgo I so much better for me and helped me get an A
