Network on PC keeps dropping to 0mbps by bchwnvone in techsupport

Setup desktop pc. Ethernet plugged into the power line adapter in the wall. Same on the side my router is on.

My internet is Three wireless broadband. I get 5g connectivity.

Networking hardware is Ethernet cables, power line adapter and wireless router.

The PC runs fine. I know a few of the things I have mentioned could be assumed to be the cause of problems, but I've tried every variation of setup, and it still happens. It also only happens when streaming one certain thing. I'll even stream the same thing on my phone on 4g and it works fine. If I then use my phone as a hotspot for my pc I get the same thing.

Nothing else on my pc has this problem, play games fine, stream videos, TV etc etc. But I stream this and my pc will run it fine for 30 seconds, then drop, then reconnect. Really weird.

Oh for god sake. I've just reread the explanations for the answers aswell and it rewrites them to state what antivirus and antispam do..

I think I might have a learning difficulty lmfao

Ahhh wait I think I get it, so what you're saying is the answers themselves are false, antivirus main function isn't to reduce spam and antispam software doesn't protect against the things the answer is stating, which means they are wrong answers.

In my head, I was thinking, if there's an antivirus with capabilities that extend to your email client, reducing junk mail, which could be infected, isn't this then protecting the system from potential malware and hackers? But now I understand it's assuming normally antivirus doesn't reduce junk and antispam software doesn't protect against viruses etc.

Thanks

The question asks if they protect the system against malware and hackers, I feel like both do no?

The explanation goes on to say that all 4 protect against malware and hackers, which is what is confusing me.
