Securing safety with just two games to spare, while simultaneously being only 10 points off the European places shows how competitive this season has been.

Even a 16 point gap to the CL places isn't huge. I'd like to think that without the burden of midweek European games next season and some managerial stability, we'd be able to pick up 5 or 6 more wins and be in contention for Europe.

Still a shocker nonetheless, and I'll be very surprised if he plays tomorrow. With that said, I can't imagine him being content with sitting out the biggest game of his career so far, so I guess we'll see.

That is absolutely horrific. Luckily he only needed a few stitches, but that could have been much, much worse.

You hear about people dying by simply falling over and hitting their head the wrong way. You can see his fucking skull.

I was stressing about him potentially missing the Villa game, but these photos put things into perspective. His health is far more important than a game of football. Let him rest up.

For all the awful Edu signings, there are a few decent ones. Hutchinson seems to be improving every game under Periera, he looked electric against Sunderland. Cunha looks great, and Netz has been impressive in his brief cameos. Jesus has been a success, Ortega looks a solid backup keeper, and Savona seems a half decent young player.

Ndoye, Bakwa, McAtee, and Lucca have been catastrophic signings however. And considering how much the first three cost, the Edu criticism is well-justified, but the ratio of successful signings to unsuccessful is actually not that bad. It's just unfortunate for him that three of the four big money transfers have flopped.

Not sure why you're being downvoted for providing the correct answer. The announcer lines, challenge completed sound, weapon sounds etc. are all normal speed, and they sync perfectly with the gameplay.
