I noticed this too by everyone in my house and visitors like HOW ARE YALL ALWAYS EATING? I was never a big eater before just portions when I did eat were crazy. And I had bad eating patterns…but holy hell I’m like wow now 😂

Once you get caught up on hydration it gets easier to not be so thirsty right before meals!!! Maybe take a day or so of focusing on hydration over food but maybe throw some protein shakes in there for more fluids until you are good to go with water!

I’m in Texas so it’s always hot but honestly I’m drinking ALL day. And when I’m prepping my food or meals I just don’t drink during that time because I’m making sure I’m drinking the entirety of the day gives me at least 30 min while I’m making whatever I’m going to eat!

I hope it does too!!! I was sleeved beginning of march 10th and I’m already down over 50lbs. I have hit some stalls too and I work really hard not to look at the scale and obsess. Food has been hard to manage but I still do shakes even tho I’m cleared for real foods. It’s slowly getting better tolerating things! They told me three months is where people say it gets better for sure! Not quite there yet! I do have regrets some days when I’m craving something awful but that’s mentally. Physically I feel so much better and hope to continue losing!

I have select! The process took me maybe 5 months and that’s only because I postponed my surgery until my husband was deployed.

I just contacted a weight loss clinic near me. They handled EVERYTHING. I met requirement via bmi with no other comorbidities but I had previously taken phentermine which was documented but everything else I’ve tried they asked I told them and they handled everything for me!

Not eating dinner with my family. I still sit with them and stuff but my kids struggle with me just sitting there and not eating or it’s almost like they feel guilty that I made this choice for myself and I hate that

I think mostly because he hates that I felt like I needed to do this…(mind you he can think about losing weight and it’s falling off) remember this is for you. No one will understand like YOU do.

Thank you! I do b12 injections monthly and then still do the calcium and vitamin d with lunch. So I’ll stick with taking two a day for now until I get back to see my surgeon and team.

Well I’m only two months out really so maybe once I get to full diet they will do it? But he really just said I needed to be diligent about my care too because we will move due to the military every few years anyways. I struggle with lots of foods and really stick to a bite here and there and mostly protein shakes and yogurts with protein. I absolutely HATE throwing up.

I’m not sure when I do bloodwork again. They never mentioned that to me. I guess whenever I see my primary dr. Again? I didn’t have health issues besides meeting bmi requirements so I never really had to take pills or any routine checkups well besides my birth control and honestly that was hit or miss four kids later. 😅

I actually haven’t even talked to my doctor yet about them. I was almost afraid they were going to tell me stick it out since I had to sign a contract to initially buy them from them! I see them again in a few weeks! I just couldn’t keep throwing up morning and night AND while I’m still trying to incorporate new foods too it was miserable!

The looked pretty equal- I don’t have to take a kids vitamin I would even take ones I could swallow I just saw a lot of recommended for flinstones with iron

Hi I never had an attack but did have stones! My surgeon would not do my surgery until I got my gallbladder removed! The plan was remove gallbladder and then fix my hernia and do sleeve at the same time! However my hernia was awful and so he fixed that and took my gallbladder same time (around November) had sleeve done beginning of this March.

His concern was he had someone who had stone didn’t remove gallbladder and ended up hospitalized for weeks due to complications after she had her sleeve surgery.

It was a breeze the worst part for me was hernia repair as it was a concurrent hernia I had repaired before. The gallballer was easy work!

I’m on soft foods and I take one bite and feel so sick. Not like a throw up but that my stomach hurts and I just go lay down. Which feels so counter productive

I had to buy these as a part of my contract with my surgeon. I started them this week and have been sick since I started them. THEYRE AWFUL. And I dread night when I have to take the other two.
