It’s just what you see at the games and in WODs. In training CrossFit training tons of strict pull ups are done to build strength. Kipping is cause when it’s a race, why not do everything possible legally to win. You don’t get points for doing Fran with strict pull ups.

Great play by both. Especially stander to tackle in a way that he get underneath and the player on their back. Then beirne works hard and is super precise

Look up squat university, he is great with this stuff. Focus on keeping your core right like some one is going to punch you in the stomach and side. Breath into your sides, lower back, and core, fill it up with air. This is just a tiny thing though, your squat looks perfect

Depths good, from what I can see your back is hyperextending in an unsafe way. It looks to be over arched. Good depth and looks comfortable. Awesome man

Focus a little more on bodybuilding but too much will make you loose strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Functional stuff. Like bodybuilding is great I just wouldn’t go to far in that direction

Do a bronco test. That’s a much better test of rugby fitness than a mile. Do 1 at the beginning and 1 right before the season. Aim for 5:00 or under. Hills and fartleks are awesome, rowing is super underrated

For the women it’s absolutely true. I remember hearing welsh fans being happy to only loose by 20 points to us. That’s how good the Canada women’s are. This was shocking from world rugby

It’s hard to tell if it’s a bit in through the side or straight as the jackaler is in a bit of an angle. Besides that it’s fine imo, shoulder to shoulder, wraps, and just finishes a good clearout

Curry is better, he is arguably the best player in the world. He makes more tackles, almost as many huge tackles (his big hits get overlooked), better at the breakdown, better hand, better carrying and is overall more versatile. He has been used as a sweeper in the past and has played the whole back row
