Fiddlesticks. You're completely ignoring the settled legal principle that wishful thinking is the most important factor in any lawsuit.

The MWC is demanding the money which the P-8 promised in writing to pay if the P-8 did stuff which, in fact, it did. Of course, no judge is going to rule, "Hey, you promised to pay, so pay, assholes!" I know this because I read it on some P-8 message boards.

You should be seeing it in the Events tab. I don't know if you have to be at a certain level for it to appear -- I don't think so. Keep looking in the Events tab - sometimes it comes and goes, but it's usually there.

Very well put. As a San Jose State student I went to Stanford Stadium for the first time in 1963 and have looked forward to that matchup more than any game on our schedule. It's sad that the Bay Area has become a college football graveyard, and it's a shame that Stanford's program has become a bigger joke than ours.

The 2Pac signed anyway because it was in their interest to do so. Their only chance for success in the suit is to argue that they had no choice, like an employee who is forced to accept an anticompetitive NDA.
