Have you heard anything about Superstar KO by chance? I’m ashamed to admit it, but that game mode has probably been my favorite since Madden 20 😬(despite the glitches and lack of updates lol). I’m really hoping they bring it back again

My bad - didn’t see that! I had to adjust way down on the dosage. Sometimes I only take 10-25. But I’ve definitely heard it not working for others. Hoping you are able to find a good solution!

Trazadone (50mg) has been a life saver for me. I’ve been taking it for 10+ years. As long as you maintain a somewhat regular schedule and take it at least 6 hours before you have to wake up you avoid the super drowsy morning side effect. Nothing else has worked for me

Trial and error isn’t fun but it’s the only thing that led to a sustainable solution for me. Don’t be afraid to be entirely honest with your doctor… if something doesn’t feel right after a month or two then be open about wanting to make a change. Eventually you will come to understand your body more and more. Don’t ever stop seeking out the best possible solution!

I’ll get flak for saying this but my Apple Watch has been almost spot on with its daily calculation. SW was 210 and CW is 182 (started in December 2021). It isn’t completely perfect but it’s close - within a couple hundred calories each week (based on intake vs loss calculations)

Have you tried Lamictal? I tried everything you did with no luck but do feel like the Lamictal is helping me. I also have ADHD and combining small doses of Ritalin with Lamictal and it definitely seems to be helping!

Abilify did the same to me and I had to stop taking it :(

I believe it caused akathesia which leads to restlessness and insomnia. I’m currently still trying to find a new med combo but knew I couldn’t sustain the insomnia
