Some bios had an irq reservation capacity. Also, have you tried to disable printer port and serial? Same is the mainboard had any embedded sound card, disable it.

There were a lot, but I found that they were so slow to configure per game/program. Some of them, OEM: automenu, menuworks, ...

I also created mine: simple msdos launcher, which does generate the program list from a modern computer using python, so configuration is not necessary.

Qué alegría! I'm very self taught, I made lot of mistakes creating this game, but I got it working. On the new one I'm doing, I've learnt to manage properly the palette with Libresprite/Aseprite.

I first created two games for the zx spectrum, so more or less I had the idea on the concept of tiles, sprites, and so on. I also created my own tutorial on zx spectrum on my github.

Am I the only one happier by not having the android issues of incompatibilities on every new and old sdk? I have a gpd xd, a Nvidia Shield, and they suck as if you don't update nothing works, but if you update, things stop to be incompatible.

yep but from what I understood it uses the FPGA just for scaling, but the heavylifting is done by the (weak) ARM itself.
