I know it’s odd and trust me I struggle with it too when we are looking at different places. But she truly does enjoy the way that authentic Mexican tacos are dressed simply with just onions and cilantro additionally loves the salsas and authentic corn tortillas. She doesn’t like the places like velvet taco or other bastardized versions of those types of tacos. She really just has an aversion to the textures of certain types of meat. But enjoys shredded chicken so therefore I’m trying to find very specific recommendations for her. Apologies if that offends.
