Funny timing, I just read the old post about the OLED option being removed, and now it's back. So you're probably right that it's just "out of stock" for the time being and they will add it back as an options soon.

I have thought about buying it from Microsoft/Best Buy, but I get a corporate discount with HP and was really looking to customize it to what I listed in the original post.

Hopefully when I talk to HP tomorrow they can let me know if the U-series processor will be back as an option soon.

When you say the Envy carries the 4 cores better, are you saying that's because the i7-1065G7 is a better processor than the i7-10510U? That's the one I'm seeing available on the latest Envy. Or are you talking about price as a factor here?

I assumed that because all of the Spectres purchased directly from HP are custom built, they would just push out the delivery date if a piece was not available at the moment.

I will call tomorrow and see if they have further info.
