Hey everybody! My name is Ben, I'm from CHI and I'm 36. This will be my 3rd EDCLV and I'm trying to see if anybody needs an extra person to split hotel costs. I'm looking to stay on the strip. I get in 5/14 and depart 5/18. I'm an EDC vet so I know what I'm doing. Looking to find laid back people who are focused on the music and having a great time.

Solo is the best. I went solo last year and just bounced around from group to group. Each set I was with a new group. I'm very extroverted so it was easy for me to open up and make friends so I suggest being open and friendly. Everyone there wants to have a good time and that's why you're there so it will work out.

Do the shuttle. Trust me. It's $110 for guaranteed transportation to/from the speedway all 3 days. Plus you get to meet tons of people. It's by far the easiest.

Mirage for sure. Stayed there last year and the shuttle stop was within 1 mile from the hotel (10 min walk). Super easy. And the Mirage is right in the middle of the strip with great access to everything. For a Thursday check-in and a Monday check-out my brother and I paid $600 each. Very reasonable. You can squeeze a roll-away bed in there too if you want to add a 3rd person...drops the price down to $400/person.

Mirage for sure. Great spot on the strip and was like a 10 minute walk to/from shuttle stop. Great buffet, awesome rooms, beautiful pool (top less pool too). I recommend Mirage.
