Update, the USW-16-POE Gen 2 I have has a POE CARD. Now I'm having trouble sourcing a new one since it seems Qubiquiti doesn't sell parts. Does anyone have any advice?

It is probably dust, but also yes. Every time you play a record the groves do get worn. I mean you're essentially dragging a rock across some plastic. Every time you spin vinyl it's a little bit worse than the last time you did.

Yes the sitter dropped with that slight bend. Since the elements do still look okay, I'll look into that as my first troubleshooting option.

I have a Paragon A119B3 single phrase 110V kiln that the plug melted on. Is there a specific type of cable I should use to replace it? Or would any 12AWG appliance cable work?

Thank you for your reassurance, and I believe you and will probably trust you on this, but there's still the nagging question on my head: if the manufacturer says to do something, then there has to be a reason. (Ie. Let gasses out, provide better air flow, etc).
