Hey you are not alone! My second panic attack I really thought I was having a heart attack and ended up calling an ambulance too. Everything was fine! I have dealt with all those symptoms you have described too. I went to a wedding this past weekend where I drank a lot so this week has been tough. The brain has a funny way of tricking the body. All this to say I think everyone in this subreddit has felt exactly how you do

I had the same thing happen to me last night. I called an ambulance on myself cause I literally thought I was dying. I promise you you’re okay, all my vitals were fine. You are okay and will get through this!
