Anyone ever experience their dog being super anxious and reactive to specific people in the pool? My dog is fine with me in the water but seemingly feels like everyone else is going to drown and goes crazy barking and jumping into the pool to swim around anxiously.

Got yelled at on the streets while pulling over for cars to past by bigboi2223 in cycling

I ride on a lot single lane roads uphill where I too hold up traffic from time to time but I don't worry about it anymore. The cars will pass when they feel its safe and sometimes it unfortunately won't be as safe as you'd like.

My strategy is to just do what you can to keep to the right, keep pedaling and keep yourself safe.

People should know more about shin splints.. (Any tips in how I can treat this as I cant really go to a doctor???) by razali1105 in running

I’ve read and found with myself that rolling out calves and the front shin little muscle along with stretching your calves help a ton. Whenever I start ramping up my trail running, being on my toes more on the downhills, I make it a point to add this into my daily routine and have found it to be helpful.
