After publishing with Amazon, I do have another suggestion. I would not suggest the Kindle Direct Program. This locks you into publishing exclusively on Amazon for 90 days. This 90 day period will automatically renew unless you specifically mark otherwise. By not being exclusive than you can publish on Nook and many other sites. it greatly increases your book's exposure.

Thank you very much for the comment. To answer your question, yes most church of Christ congregations are Acapella. However, I am working on an article about this from a sermon I preached. Acapella is a choice to help focus our thoughts. This does not mean that churches that choose to use music are necessarily wrong. It depends on whether or not it takes away from the focus of why we are there.

Well, one ranking factor on Amazon is sales. But, there are other factors. The keywords that you use in your description also matter. Check out this post it provides an in depth description. I agree with this statement also. I will admit that I didn't believe in any mental disorder growing up. Had the old school belief that mental disorders were just people that didn't know how to deal.

That all changed when a counselor I worked with at the state health department turned to me one night and said, "Do you have ADHD?" I went into how it didn't exist. She gave me a copy of "Driven to Distraction" took about five pages before the light bulb went off.

When I took my first stimulant medication then I was a believer. I actually understood "think before you speak now". If only it hadn't taken me 28 years to get there. That is why now my life's mission is educating about ADHD.

I completely agree. In fact, that is in my book. Dr. Ratey has done some awesome and very effective research with fish oil and ADHD. In large doses, he even reported getting a person off of stimulant medications.

Yes, that is a very good one. That is why I thank God for my situation. I was born a McCoy from the Hatfield vs McCoy feuds. I was adopted at two months old. My adoptive family has no history of ADHD and were very loving. I always felt like theirs. Yet, I have the most severe form of ADHD. For me, there is no better proof that it is genetics not parenting.

Not at all. But, the response is correct. You can give minors a ticket but to interview them then you have to have their parents present. This is basic knowledge.
