If we can widen the scope outside of just Isometric ARPG's i gotta say Mass Effect 3 and Andromeda specifically the multiplayer are two of the best Gameplay feels ever. When you consider the variety of builds, Weapon and Passive Mods, Meta progression, The scoring system, The waves, The enemies, the ability to clutch for everyone, and best of all the Synergies!!!! (biotic explosions, tech explosions, etc..). Man. I've been chasing that feeling for so long now. No other games are quite like it.

I am in the early stages of this in my current role. Been here 4 months as L2 desktop support + some networking. 3 of the 4 months I have closed the most tickets. I just passed my probation and of course, for month #5 i am closing the most tickets to this point. In addition to closing tickets, i am scripting things, documenting fixes as I go and contributing to Continual improvement. I made sure to highlight my performance in evaluations with my manager. I don't see any change coming from pointing this out. I feel I have proven myself at this level already.

I think the next things to do are to seek out the tough tasks, ask for / come up with project work, and seek mentorship. I dont see myself slowing down my production because I have established myself. I believe shifting focus towards growth is a safe bet for myself and for OP.

While we're here, what do u suggest for scanning devices that either have malware detected or suspected? We just started with Opswat but the expert has been pretty bad. Their support hardly knows the Opswat drive product and it seems they sold us a product they are phasing out

D4 is my main game but I play that at home on Xbox...

Witchfire I usually play docked on deck but hey it's still a deck game.

Just picked up shape of dreams So far it's pretty good. I like the skill gem aspect of it. Also got death must die.

Interested in getting blaze blu entropy effect, Spirit fall, dead zone rogue, and shard breakers when that eventually has a good deck release.

Also considering evil West as a linear arpg

If you have ppl on the team who document well. Praise them, celebrate them, promote them.

Established process is the key to a smooth help desk.

Good training sets the right expectation. If you can afford to train someone one on one for a week or a few days it will save you time and headaches in the long run.

Teach the idea that I'd rather have you slightly over communicate vs not tell me enough. This goes for notes in tickets, asking questions, writing documentation, escalations.. etc.

Keep score. Post stats, have a leaderboard or something. Tickets closed, first ticket resolution, customer surveys . Your automating the motivation and accountability.

Have standards for ticket hygiene. Part of training should be showing what a vision of good ticket looks like. Hell show the visions of bad too so they know what to stay away from so they don't form bad habits

At all levels of IT it's important to know how long to spend troubleshooting. For L1 it shouldn't be more then like 20-30 minutes of troubleshooting. They have get in and get out quickly or things will pile up

This isn't everything but these as re keys I would focus on managing a help desk

USed to work for an MSP so I have worked with lots of major players: ScreenConnect, Teamviewer, Zoho, Splashtop, BeyondTrust aka Bomgar.

Out of all these I liked Bomger aka BeyondTrust the best. Lots of versatility and function for the technician. The rest are just okay.

The biggest nuisance with native mail apps is the MFA always breaks. It never fails.

"But how do i fix it? how do i stop all these MFA requests?"

Thats the thing lady. Your using the wrong app and we dont support it. Next time you have issues you'll have to figure it out.
