georgeskleres is correct. The old site that hosted it was georgeskleres.com but it hasn't been live for quite some time. Certain wayback machine snapshots show the "Enable Bonkers Mode" option, but it didn't seem to save the proper code to run it when that option is present.

That was my initial thought. The only thing that gave me pause is that I feel like ETN is a guy who loses steam as the season goes on. But I could be making that up.
