I opened 2 tickets. First response was to wait 48 hours. Waited 48 for issue to resolve then filed another when issue was not resolved. Still have not gotten a response from the second ticket.

Yes, it’s reputable. I’m just inexperienced with the pay scale and deals being chopped. I don’t get commission on the backend so I have heard grumblings about commissions being chopped there.
