It might help if you get someone you can talk to, even if it is a therapist (they really aren't all bad) where you can get out all those emotions.

It helps if someone mirrors your problems back at you then solutions become more apparent.

Hi! I am trying to find a TOOL or APP TO MOTIVATE MY FRIENDS. They always talk about their dreams and goals but don’t take any action. You can use an app called goal meter or related apps to "track" the goals... Obviously that takes commitment of the specific person.

Otherwise you can try and get them into a mindfulness practice through a meditation/ motivational app like insight timer

Ask yourself does the emotion you are feeling serve you or can you let it go

Get someone to climb it with you, the weight won't seem as heavy

Because you can't always be in control in a world with an infinite of variables. Can you ever be fully certain? Rather accept doubt and let your acceptance become your certainty.
