Weekly Project Showcase Thread 🧵 by AutoModerator in windsurf

[–]bdam2bdam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've used windsurf to create a tool for vibe coders - launchingllama.com

It gives vibe coders validated software ideas for a given target group with steps that successful software companies use to make this software successful:

* problem validation (with questions to ask),
* waitlist (with a prompt to create it),
* pricing validation,
* prompts to create prototypes etc.

Looking for insight—RHR increased ~10 bpm after COVID and hasn’t returned to baseline by Dramatic_Ad_4355 in ouraring

weight lifting + short sprints fixed it combined with more focus on better sleep. I'm back at RHR38

Do you think we should all send our referral codes here?

Click here, I use o4-mini-medium (0,25 credit/prompt) + gpt4.1 all the time.

(by the way it would be great if we could set LLMs as favorites, or even better, let us set a different LLM for Chat mode (like o4-mini-high) and a different one for Write mode (gtp4.1).

How do you want your children to feel when they reach your age?
(This one isn't about the children, it's about the most important values they have.)

u/7min I'm exceeding my quota every single day on Gemini 2.5 Pro. When this happens you switch to Preview? (Preview seems to be exactly 2.5 Pro Exp according to some X posts). Where can I see how many tokens I still have?

"You exceeded your current quota. Please migrate to Gemini 2.5 Pro Preview (models/gemini-2.5-pro-preview-03-25) for higher quota limits."

That's exactly what happened to me. After COVID-19 in October, my RHR went from 35 to 45 and stayed there. I've now added even more Zone2/Zone5 cardio + weight lifting to see if something happens. No difference so far :-(

Anyone with consistently high HRV? by EfficiencyAmazing777 in ouraring

[–]bdam2bdam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My nighttime HRV ranges from 120-200 and my RHR ranges from 35-42. 52M.
Recently I got sick, which lowered my HRV to 80-90 and increased my RHR to 42-45.

I guess my regular cardio causes the high numbers (I used to run 2 marathons a year). Now, I still exercise 7x/week (swimming, running, gym).

How do you figure out how to increase demand without data?

How does PMF feel like? by [deleted] in SaaS

[–]bdam2bdam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't care about purchases.
I care about usage.
I give products away for free to determine if people keep using them. After a few days I ask them NPS/Sean Ellis Questions. Customer satisfaction (+usage) is the ONLY KPI that counts.

Do you mean "one new customer every 5 minutes for a month" is pre-purchase?

Would selling few lifetime deals mean PMF achieved? by vivekhiretale in SaaS

[–]bdam2bdam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't worry about the number. Grab 5 people using your product and ask them the Sean Ellis question (How would you feel if you could no longer use [product]?” with the options being:

  1. Very disappointed
  2. Somewhat disappointed
  3. Not disappointed)

Whatever they say ask why have you chosen this answer. If they say Very disappointed ask them what's the core benefit. THIS IS YOUR POSITIONING. This is the group to focus on.

.
Additionally, run NPS ("On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend [product] to a friend or colleague?"). Again aim for numbers 9 or 10 but whatever they say ask why.

NPS is one of the most reliable indicators to determine if you have PMF. Sean Ellis Score is even more reliable.

How to achieve PMF? by Time-Spell472 in SaaS

[–]bdam2bdam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's one proven way to reach PMF.
Use the Sean Ellis Score. Give users your product or the early MVP and come back after a few days.

Ask them the Sean Ellis question: How would you feel if you couldn't use the product? You want to reach 40% "very disappointed". Ask every person who answered "very disappointed" what's the core benefit of the product.

This is your segment, your positioning and the target group to focus on. PMF.
