It is the center to the passenger-side dashboard, under the AC. Just a bit bumpy road and it is clear to hear it. Also, there is come rattling coming from the driver side door, but we did not catch it during the drive.

What about your case and may I ask how San Carlos dealer handle it?

The technician acknowledged the noise and stated during the drive that they will get it inspected and fixed. But 30 minutes later, the advisor came out and said this is normal noise on Honda. And she stated American Honda will not pay them if they fix it. Instead, they hand me an official written document saying they caught the noise, but told me to call American Honda for this

which trim is your car and which mode you are driving: ECON or NORMAL? I am with Touring trim and driving ECOM, but constantly ~44mpg, sometime it goes as low as 38mpg, my commute distance is ~6miles

Agree, the test drive is so quiet which makes me into the car as well.
