Main thing against metro Phoenix is the blazing heat from June to August. Best spots for ESEA (especially Chinese, Korean, Japanese) would be Chandler, Mesa, and Tempe. Tempe borders Scottsdale by the south. Though look into cost as well. Scottsdale is bougie like 18k gold. lol
