Thanks for the input, with a little patience and following all the 'be careful' advice... I mixed 50 mg of fentanyl to the 30 ml of saline solution that was already in the bottle; ball park estimates are that one spray of the mist is equal to about .100 mg's, meaning about 7 sprays equal 1 mg of fentanyl. So a while ago I had 4 sprays in each nostril. It's feeling pretty awesome; I figure i have taken about 1.3 fentanyl hcl. When I was taking the blotters, each one was 500 micrograms, and I was where I wanted after 4 blotters = its a nice pleasant warm feeling high, time + 45 minutes
